You have to be careful when dealing with Time Whinner, there's a clause in the contract which makes you responsible for 10' off either side of the pole for two years, skip poles or not, this will leave you out there for the next 2 years doing de/re's and re-wrapping bug nuts for the next 2 years, oh, for free I might add. I always go 20% higher on a TWC bid to cover this expence and if you don't believe me call Dot05 or WMCC or any contractor that signed the contract obligating them selves to this maitance responsibility.
it's easyer to ask for forgiveness than permission
