The snow is no big deal, you can work in that, it's the freezing rain and the ice that's a pain in the ass, but what really slows ya down up here is the cold, hydraulics just don't like the cold, If you do get your truck running, it takes a couple hours to get the boom to move, and if your running diesal,,, can you say gell, you can plug the truck in but it doesn't help the hydro any, the only way to avoid this is to park em inside unfurtunately alot of us don't have that option but I did see a truck last week that had a 15x30' tarp over it, it keeps the weather out of your controls any way. It's -10 out there right now, I'm going to go start my truck and let her run a while. (I Hope!)
