I've worked as a prime contractor and sub for 22 years with up to 90 employees doing muiltimillion yearly and I have to say that Mastec is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. They didn't get that big by doing things right , but by short changing contractors and cutting corners. I sent underground crews to an overbuild project they had in Virginia that was quoted at a fair composite price except no price for directional bore. I was told that there would be no DB and that if any came up then pricing would be negociated. It not only turned out to be more than 40% DB with no price adjustment but they cut the composite price twice in 6 months,
