I was working for mastec until last week, they were okay to work for , but they started hirng idiots in the upper management, that don`t even have cable construction exper. then to top if off they hired another idiot from charter. Now this idiot was over the state of georgia for charter, keep in mind charter was all screwed up when he was in office, then he resigned, and mastec hired him.Thats freakin crazy. I definately would reconsider your dicision if you plan on working for them. They`re going down hill, and the rumor is they are probably going to phase out their broad band division completely. they should because, they are hiring all idiots, and loosing all the good loyal, and dedicated employees.
