scrap the tap bracket method//drill 2 holes with pole bit 2-3 inches from end of pvc //both holes on same side of sweep// then drill one hole in center on reverse side of sweep. install 6-8 foot rope through center hole( for securing to pole) (or wrap around chute and strand on output or mid-span 90), Use proper size preforms on outer hole to secure to strand. If space limited can substitute a bitch clamp and preform or strand vice. Hint: for o/put s/up wrap rope around strand towards path of jigging 4 times then bring rope under loops back toward s/up. Then you can either secure it to pole, strand(with preform), or tie it to thr./rope and tie it to trailer. I braid all my ropes.
