Ok here is what I do, I first identify my path then go to the attic and drill my first hole in the top plate of the wall, Then I go to the next floor and cut a hole smaller than a wall plate at outlet level and use a devrsibit (spring steel shaft drill bit) and drill from the third to the second floor, Then do the same on the second to first floor, and then my wall plate location on the first floor. The back to the attic with (Glow Rods) Fiberglass rods that screw togather in 6' sections usualy neon green and feed them floor to floor, This is better than fish tape as they are stiff.
Once on the fitst floor attach cable and pull back. then place blank covers on each floor or patch drywall.
Tada 3 floor fish. About 2hrs.
