Cut your own neck

I just looked at a job posting from Great Lakes Cable to prewire homes. Sounds like good money and a good oportunity. My question is why a contractor for Time Warner would post a public help wanted add saying. We are seeking experienced candidates that desire to break away from the low pay and poor treatment of the CATV Industry. Last I checked they where still contracting for TWC. I questin what TWC thinks about that. Is great lakes still contracting for MSO's? Dosent look like a good way to impress you customer or stay in the industry. Great planning on that one.
