are there any firebreaks in the wall?
try to run it like a second-story wallfish, tyhen with a flex bit, drill through the floor to the first floor. when you break through, tie a pullstring to the flex bit and let it down, the main downsidt to this is the extra hole in the second floor, but you could always talk the customer into a second outlet, or even a phoneline, remember to bill for the extra wallfish on the second outlet...
