That is what I've been doing since Sep... and I've been doing pretty good. I buy storage sheds that go to auction because prople did not pay thier rent. I go to estate auctions and yard sales and I go to a few local auction houses that have weekly auctions.
I started with about 3,000 and have paid the bills and got alot of stuff for myself.
I sell at a yard sale I have once a month as well as eBay...
New years day we bought a painting for $70... just found out it is worth over $10,000!!
Can't wait to sell that sucker and build my shop!
If you open your mind to what is out there - you will find something you like doing.
