Prince is GFC largest competition in the indutry. But GFC is double the size of Prince. The cost to purchce a company as big as prince would be high. If I had to make an uneducated quess I would say $150 mil. Knowing how interested GFC is in growing its share of the marketplace a buy out that big would be a huge gain. However I havent heard any rummors about a acquisition with prince and at this time prince still has a healthy share in the market and probably is not up for sale. Some projects may go up for sale or close but the company as a hole probably isnt for sale.
