That operation in Austin just started and will need time to get established. Once everything is figured out they should have a office and a great crew. Guys staying hotels probably came down form houston to get the operation started and once more techs are hired locally they will be on there way home. GFC is the largest broadband fullfilment company in the usa with 70 facilities, 1800 trained employees. They have over 350 scte BPS certifed techs last year and goals of 80% of field techs certified by year end 2005. The layout is differnt from one system to another but alot of the systems have company trucks. That mainly depends on what the MSO wants.
