Like any big company, they are as good as their local management. They have grown quickly and experienced growing pains. But their checks are always good and their is a chain of command that has always worked out for me. As with any business, keep accurate records & email for backup purposes. If you cannot get the corrections you need locally go to their corporate offices in PA. They have a website with all their information. Just make sure you have all your ducks in a row. Just as we have seen with many companies, it is up to us a business owners to keep everything straight on our end. We give ourselves the best opportunity by doing good work and keeping the paperwork in order. Some of the best technical people are the worst when it comes to penmanship, paperwork, tracking, and paperwork organization. But this is the other 30-40% of the job that blows up in our faces if not done properly. Just some thoughts based on recent experiences. No offense to any party with legitimate issues!
