thats a shame. if prices are so low that you have to cheat like that then you should not be on the job.
its to bad that this is how the industry is going now days.
everybody should be given the benefit of the doubt, hey somehow a file might have gotten overwritten, but 40 hehe.
i would think that you wont hear anything else from that guy.
but if the industry would require a license to perform sweep/ splicing such as in most utilities, the chance of losing a license to work anywhere might slow down the hacks.
but what do i know, gl
