As a follow to my posting let me also state that I have not heard from anyone associated with DL Comm since before Christmas, and at that time I had no reason to believe I would not be making payment to them or had any doubt that I would be receiving pament from my customer. DL Comms first communication to me on this subject was his posting here on the cable bar, I never told him to go ahead and sue or anything else since we have not talked.
