joe, hope your using a triple sat and have them aligned properly. you've got a tilt adjustment also. the triples come with a built in amp and four outputs. the original post here said he had all new lines {home runs}. as long as there's not a foreign splitter some where that in itself eliminates the most of the trouble shoot. you also have to tell the d10-200 what sat dish you have hooked up or it will ytell you it cant find the sat. if you have a known good ird swap it with the one you think is bad and eliminate that possibility. the other posdsibility is a bad lnb. there's not much else that can go wrong except bad fittings. also , never put a 3x4 multi after a triple. because of the built in swith on the triple you'll burn 'em up. if you go a switch it has to be a 4x8 with a separate power leg to it. good luck, let us known the outcome. educate your brothers.
