As for the location of the photo, there are two answers:
1. The photograph is one of hundreds of plant inspection pictures we've posted at www.CableTV.com/pictures/ (That's one location.)
2. As for the physical location (system) of the photograph, as a general policy we don't disclose the system location of the photographs. Why? Because, well, if it were YOUR system, would you want that known?
I believe there's only one photo on the entire site that can be traced to a particular MSO, but even that photo can't be traced to the system (it's the photo of 'grounding' to a deli refrig line, sort of, kind of, maybe...)The point of putting up the photos is to get discussions going like this thread. We also encourage system trainers to use the photos in training lectures.
