OK... we all know the pay is through the floor.
We know the expectations are getting higher as the compensation gets lower.
You can do one of two things - either accept it, or stand up to it.
Let it drown you or swim on to something else.
If you think you can only do one thing for the rest of your life - you are only fooling yourself into submission. Move on, look at everything you can - Don't be afraid to take a step or two backwards to get a run a going forward with your life.
We owe it to ourselves to make the best of our lives.
IF you are not happy - you have NOONE to blame except YOURSELF.
I hope not to offend anyone, but I feel I owe it to my cable brothers and sisters to tell them they CAN move on. There IS life beyond the RG6 fitting.
I wish you all enough wisdom to keep from making the wrong choices and enough courage to make the right ones.
