Hey pressure tap, PLEASE fill us in on what you do for a living and what keeps you so upbeat in this world of ****ty pay and higher and higher expectations? your name makes me think you are old school but your logic makes me think you're an owner or a recruiter! I just wonder if you are in the same line of work as the rest of us. I also wonder if you think it is alright that our pay goes down with time and experience instead of increasing like the other service related industries do. There are a lot of disgruntled workers in this line of work who have no other experience to fall back on and are angry that they are being treated the way they are and you come in here and defend the industry that is slowly eating us alive.
