Well.... I would have to say that... if you worked out where i do, you would find that most of the inhouse boys don't know jack. The few that do are too far up the ladder to have an effect, and that the enginers use etch-a-scetch for making prints. Of course this is Verizon phone I speak of. For the most point, you can have two reactions when an enginer you call up on a problem tells you to do what you need and can. Feeling are: 1.) Fear of wondering what the hell is going on. 2.) joy at that you have free play in what you want to do.
