I think maybe the point that is being missed is,
they dont want quality high dollar techs.
its all a big game of numbers and profits on the short term.
they dropped the pay and all across the board sloppy work has gotten 10 times worse. and hey heres the kicker, they dont care!!! they rush you to get the wire hooked up so they can bill the cust and count that sub. thats all.
everybody blames the mso, but the mso is paying its end of the contract. they ask for a service they pay good money for the service, to be provided. its the people they are contracting the labors fault. and really its your own fault. more than anybody elses. all the guys in the field and so much bitching, but its your own fault because you will go back out there tomorrow doing the same thing. and if you dont some other dikhed will.
just like mowing a lawn, we all no how to do it, some of us are even damned good at mowing a lawn, guy next door wants you to mow his lawn for him, he offers you $3.00 to cut his 1 acre yard.now that sucks but damned 3 dollars, thats smokes money.
so you do it once. now whos fault is it if you ever mow his lawn again?
sorry for ranting, im just tired of seeing everybody bitching about prices. that dudes demeanor was exactly there points of view. now you have been threatening for years and bitching about the pay. these primes have called your bluff, you say you are gonna quit if,, well they have said IF. what are you gonna do?
chit or get off the pot.
guys dont sell yourselves off to make the truck payment,
jb hunt is looking for you. either quit or shut the hell up.
