as far as the pay goes, they do pay more, but you do more work for it, and they jerk you around about it(backcharges, policy changes, etc.) 90% of the installs are primary, but they still route you like there aren't, the sales people were poorly trained. I lost more money because the salesperson didn't know you cpuld still use aol with the highspeed. and they wouldn't let us carry extra modems.
