What I have seen work once was picketing the MSO's office. Nothing works better than a 5 year old girl with a sign saying "pay my daddy" and an 89 year old with a sign saying "pay my great grandson". Notify the police and local newspaper. The companies involved couldn't care less if you get a cent, however to squash a story in the local paper they would give you a key to the office.
