My advice to you is: RUN LIKE HELL!!
I worked for OCI for 8 months back in 2000-2001, the checks were never right, their policies changed on a weekly basis, and we were not notified of them until after they took effect. I went to melbourne for a week to look check on a job, when I got back, I was told that I had been suspended for my qc scores being too low,but I had not gotten a qc report in more than a month nor had I been warned about them, and when I asked which jobs were wrong, they couldn't produce any qc forms to back it up. they backcharged me $110 in on week and refused to tell me why. I never got my retainage back, or my final paycheck, even after several calls to the company. when we had to drive to aiken for our orientation(at our expense) the people said several things that were conflicting, and when we went to pick up our equipment, they were just checking everything on our inventory list whether we had gotten it or not. they will not back you up when you are right about something. as long as I worked there, I was never issued a meter, but they insisted I was, It took a lead tech to come and back me up so they wouldn't . there is still alot of other things I haven't mentioned, if you want to know more, e-mail me at (-REDACTED-)
