Re: Cable Co. safety inspections

Usually the contract the cable companys have with the utility companies requires that they conform to certain safety requirements. When cable companies are bought and sold it is assumed that they are in compliance to those regulations. We all know that there are safety violations out there at all times due to many factors. The power companies where I have been have begun to do inspections and requiring the cable companies to do makeready to come into compliance. The cable companies have to pay for the inspections and the makeready.
