Pres. Bush gave out 3 medal of freedom awards to Ret. Gen. Tommy Franks, Former CIA Director Tenat and Paul Bremer for there work on making the war in Iraq and Afganistan a success.
This is a civilian award so why did Gen Franks recieve one. He is a retired 4 star Army general. Isnt the CIA a non-civilian agency?
Just wanted to get some thoughts on this its been kind of boring in here lately. Wanting to liven things up.
