Re: what's up with charter?

I knew all the plant managers back in 2002,back then the installer could make some money,of course they had to kiss all the charters so called employees butts and work 12 hours a day 6 days a week,all the while the offices where full employees doing nothing,well not quite somtimes they would go out a qc someone so they could act the big man with the little pay check. I'm not talking about all of the charter employees (some) of them were good people and some of them were my friends,I waited for years for charter to clean house and it finaly happend, i just wish it was me that did the layoffs, becouse it was unfair to some to the ones that left the office and did some work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
