I was an FSM for Dishnetwork in St Louis. We had about 25 techs. Out of those 25 there were 5-6 that could handle doing 10-12 receivers a day and not be out untill 8:00 at night. I know there are some that can do 4 installs and do the job right, be home at a decent hour and make a good living. But those are the experienced guys that have been doing it a long time like some of you here. For the most part, 4 jobs a day was too much unless they were all 1 box installs. They still gave the slow pokes too many jobs and being an FSM of course it was expected for me to be out everynight helping the newbies and slow pokes finish. I tell ya the 80-90 hour weeks got old fast. Especially when you are on salary. I believe you guys that say you can do 4 jobs a day and pass QC. I've seen it and done first hand. ROCK ON BROTHAS
