Re: Blurred picture on television?

Let me tell you about an old lady that we had as a customer on our cable system. Once a year, we would call for the same technician (ME) and mentionned that her TV needded to be set up. I would move the horizontal control and get the picture go up slowly and would ask her to select the picture she liked best. After she had made her choice, I would move the horital back until every thing came normal again. The lady was happy and that customer was happy for another year. THIS IS A TRUE STORY.
