I have to laugh at this post johned...this is exactly why I stopped splicing. I feel your pain bro. Way too much BS nowadays to make a decent living...they always say you have to take the good with the bad which is ok when it balances itself out but it just seemed to me that the balance gradually shifted more and more to the bad side to where it just wasn't worth it and from the looks of the post I read on here daily it's still that way. Good luck to all you guys and gals out there that still have it in ya to fight in this industry the way you do. My hard hat is off to ya.
