ON THE SERIOUS SIDE, YOU SHOULD ONLY HAVE FLAT '0' AT THE SET, ON BOTH YOUR HIGH AND LOW CHANNELS. CHECK THE OTHER SETS IN THE HOUSE, IF THE OTHERS ARE FINE THEN YOU KNOW THE PROBLEM IS AT THE FIRST SET. IF THE OTHER SETS ARE DOING THE SAME THING THEN IT IS APROBLEM AT THE GROUND BLOCK( CHECK TO SEE IF IT IS BONDED CORRECTLY TOO) OR AT THE POLE. THEN AT THAT POINT YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE FITTING, FILTER, OR PORT ON THE TAP. HOPE THAT HELPS!!
