Re: Blurred picture on television?

This reminded me of a service call I was on once when the picture was like looking through a fog. I took signal readings, all good, and was noting to the customer how the picture looked less sharp than it should alright but not snowy as in a weak signal. More of a haze, or foggy look. I leaned closer to the set and moved my finger across the screen and it cleared a path. Not ordinary dust. They had one of those humidifiers in the room with some kind of chemical in it to help them breathe better I guess. This thing was emmitting a sort of white residue in the air that was attracted to the tv screen. Case solved.
