You got it all wrong bud, THIS IS what ya get when the pay goes to crap and their are no more quality tech's left to do the work. You've heard of ya get what ya pay for haven't ya? go to a house where a primestar system was installed and look at the quality of the install versus this one. When the money was good the installs were good, When the money goes so do the experienced tech's. Too bad no one else seems to realize this, seems awful obvious to us old dogs though!
