I don't know Orius personally. I have heard they are paying @ 45 days out. I will say since they are contracting for TWC that I would keep an eagle eye on the payments. TWC will not assist at all in looking after the contractors subs getting paid. Their idea is for the subs to keep hounding the out of business contractors that took the money and ran.
For whatever reasons TWC is slow paying the contractors as well. I'm sure most has to do with the contractors but can't say for sure. But like I said, just keep a close eye on payments and the dreaded retainage that you may never see.
And yeah, I've gotten cranky over all of this. In the last 10 years or so I've never been stuck like this. Very sad and pissed to be without 5 months of pay for incompetent contractors/mso or whatever the case may be.
