I.P. to RF Video

We are soon going to be receiving an I.P. video package from a third party. On our FTTH area this is a no brainer, but in our existing HFC area we're a little stumped. We really don't want to have to QUAM modulate each channel we are trying to come up with a way to keep it I.P. such as utilizing a CMTS. We had a vendor that was going to work with us on this, unfortunately they went out of business. Any experiences, comments or suggestions are appreciated.
