Just my thoughts,
I worked for a smaller cable tv contrating company for many years and a while ago and our company sold out to a large national company. I wish it was like the old days. Coporate america is not fun. Many of us upper levels were let go. Myself just recently. Your just a number in coporate land and if you can be replaced you will be especially if they can save money.
