I have lived here in MD my whole 58 year life and beendoing cable or DTV for a few recent years.
Dec-April here can surprise you. In western MD they have mountains & ski industry places. In central MD like Baltimore & Washington D.C. you will get mild snow & frozen ground some years. Here on the eastern shore we get rain most of the time. Most of the time the snow will melt before another snowfall comes. Last winter I rescheduled a few DTV jobs due to ice on roofs
and was unable to tack lines to buildings due to snow on the buildings or drifts.
Your biggest crew cost will be traffic problems in large cities. Traffic will kill your schedule inside all beltway cities (D.C. & Baltimore) Their suburbs are huge and traffic is a grind.
