Just wondering if anyone has been using the new IVR Activation Process that is in Beta testing right now for Diectv. Its done nothing but slow up my jobs. They have the customers give all the numbers to them so when I am done installing, I can call a automated system and push a few buttons and presto, the programming is there. Theoretically it should be faster but I have yet to see it. Anyone else using this and not having problems?
