Dont hire em, dont work for em, dont accept em, charge lots to redo whatever they screwed up, just dont take it period, then no one else can either, even if they wanted, because it is too big a liability to our reputations, bank accounts etc......there are a million ways...no genie or even a union is required just the guts enough to say NO MORE.
