I am not trying to stir up anything, just trying help on some facts I find. He can sue for damages if he can prove a financial burden on a company. Sorry i cannot hire attorneys to do my thinking for me, I have to research and ask questions. That is what I found from a law firm's web site and I just wanted to see what people had to say. Can I ask you a question, why are you always angry?
