I was over the road for over 15 years. Went in-house about a month and half ago. Union love it 2-5hrs a day overtime anything over 8 . And double time on Saturdays, great ben., ret., and schools. Everyone talked bad or down on them the customers are nicer and I am home every night. And the pay is great with the hours they give me. Good Luck All I won't say anything about the companies I worked for and with, just bad short cut after short cut.
