I subbed In Vero beach Fla. For 4 Star and East Coast Communications for storm damage repair. I got my first weeks invoice last week which was 6 weeks late and still have'nt recieved my last two invoices of over $60,000.00 which are 3 and 4 weeks late. I have called both Tom Hoglan owner of 4 Star Comm.and Rodney Kennedy With East Coast Communications several times and they won't anwser or return my calls. I contacted the CEO and the Project Mgr for FICOA (Prime for Vero Beach) by email today to see if they could help. If anyone knows the best way to get my invoices paid other than an old fashion beatdown please let me know.
