Spirer01 has absolutely no clue what he is talking about. If you going to bash someone here on the Bar, then the least you can do is tell the truth. The fact is the Michael Johnson was the owner of Premier Cable. He di not bankrupt this company or any other one that he owned. In 2000, Michael sold Premier Cable to (IFCI)International Fibercom in a Stock purchase agreement which Michael became President of the Division. In 2001 IFCI filed for Chapter 11 leaving him broke and without his company. He then joined AM Communications as president of a Division (not as an owner) and slowly brought in some Contracts which the Division became one of the few that were Profitable. Towards the end of 2003 AM Communications and all it's subsidiaries filed for Chapter 11 protection. Michael was able to acquire what was left of his division through the bankruptcy system and formed what is today known as AMTEC, LLC. Michael Johnson has never filed for bankruptcy protection with any of his companies and to hear these ***whipes who don't even have the balls to reveal their identities badmouth the good hard working people really pisses me off. TO CLEAR THIS UP ONCE AND FOR ALL: MICHAEL JOHNSON WAS NOT AN OWNER OF EITHER AM COMMUNICATIONS OR IFCI, HE WAS AN EMPLOYEE!!!!!!!!!!
