How does someone go about doing this. We have a dealer who will not pay us. We did the work we were supposed to do and there were few things left for someone else to finish. When we called the dealer about getting paid he told us he is taking 600.00 from our check to pay to this new tech. He owes us almost 1300.00. I heard I can do the lien thing too but how....and how much does it cost to do?? Thanks.
