I have contracts with 7 of Directv's top 10 dealers and 4 with Large Dish dealers as well as being a Dish dealer myself.
It is NOT that easy getting paid and in fact it is much harder getting your money from the Big companies. You naive little fellow.
I just got back charged $1,800 dollars from Dishnetwork last week.
$800 of that money was because I had a DHA account cancel and one of their DHA technicians in the cute little little painted van went out to pick up the returned equipment and it never made it back to the office......They back charged ME for it because it was my original equipment. You would have shot yourself over that wouldnt you?
But I stayed calm and contacted retail services and eventually it will be made right. NOT right then like I wanted, but eventually. They also paid another retailer for some of my jobs several times, it was made right...eventually not right then like I wanted it to be. They dont care who I think I am, they dont care who you think you are... they will take care of things on their terms not mine!!
That is how big companies work!!
You really dont have a clue about this industry, hell maybe not even life.
