You may not have been aware of the misfortune but how many technicians that worked this so called special project do you still have working for you? I know of several technicians that aren't.
The bottom line like I said before IS that a new company should have money to pay their employees whether that means your out of money or not. You cannot expect to keep good technicians while not paying them over 45 days. Maybe you are not as stable and as big as you thought if you can't handle paying your employees in a timely manner. Not everyone can get a contract and if that was the case then where would all the workers come from that all business owners need?
