haha I am just joking but honestly its probably pretty close.
I know that here where I am at cox was looking for a sweep tech a while back and as I am always interested in being close to my boys I talked to the guy and the offer was close to 22 bucks an hour. I passed on the job but sometimes I think I might should have just taken it.
But the road is in my blood and the rest is history.
you would think that in cali for comcast it would be better than the rest of the country however I just left a comcast system in cali and from what I understand they dont pay worth a chit.
the best way to find out is to apply for positions that are open around the country and see what they offer you.
cox has a website with a ton of jobs on it. as does time warner, comcast and most of the other mso,s. good luck
