I know that in Houston, TX this can't be the case because Sprint has signed a deal with Time Warner. I can't see them having a conflict of interest with the dish companies. I know SBC in this area does have a package for DSL, phone, and Satellite, but not Sprint. But it is probably different for different areas.
What I mean by signing a deal, is that we (TWC) are tied in to their PSTN for our VOIP.
