he should have wrapped his house in cauton tape

if he used to be part of a home owners association if he would have made his house unsitely with caution tape and orange cones they would have come down on him to fix his mess which in turn he could have said im looking out for everyones safety and will not remove till hazzards clear i mean signs and everything posting danger possible death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
