war lords are definately the problem we will soon have to face. The opium trade is a big part of there income that will soon be viewed as our next objective in bringing this country into the 21 century most of the country is still living in the 4 th century with only 6 percent of the country having electricity or other modern convieneces it will be rough for them and the world to bring them up
