I'd wouldn't suggest penske thier service is brutal. from my experience they would keep the truck for days for minor repairs and you would get it back only to find out nothing was done. altec costs a bit more but you get a truck that runs and a rolling truck will make ya more $$$$$$$$$$ in the long run.
